Dear Partner,

Last Friday we communicated the postponement of Seatrade Cruise Global 2020, originally scheduled to take place this April in Miami Beach, and announced that we are looking into alternative options that will enable the cruising community to meet and do business in a safe and effective way.

We also told you we would be keeping you updated as we get more information, which is why I am writing to you today. Over the last week we have had hundreds of conversations with our customers, members of different cruise lines, and our partners and associations to get an understanding of what your needs are, and how this virus is currently impacting your business.

After these conversations, we have come to understand that an event in August, the only time the Miami Beach Convention Center can accommodate us, would not be the industry event that you need us to deliver - for some, the timing was wrong, for others, the variables related to COVID-19 led to more unknowns. As the global cruising industry's platform to network, learn, and do business, we want you to know that your needs are what guides us most and, therefore, we are continuing to develop alternative solutions that deliver networking, sourcing and educational opportunities, that we hope to share in the coming weeks.

While we develop these solutions and opportunities for you with our strategic partners, we can confirm that we continue to organize our September Cruise Med event.

16-17 September 2020 - Seatrade Cruise Med, Malaga, Spain Seatrade Cruise Med will provide an expanded tradeshow floor and conference program to accommodate cruise line professionals across the entire cruise industry, including a new, dedicated area for the Expedition market.

Any contract fees from April 2020 can be rolled over to this event, or Seatrade Cruise Global in 2021. Your Account Manager will be following up with you individually next week to discuss the option that best fits your needs.

At this time, we also confirm that any exhibitor who has already shipped materials to the advanced warehouse, the delivery will be turned away to reduce your financial impact and any delays or complications with it entering customs. Please contact your shipper to make arrangements to have items returned.

We will be sharing another update next week as we get additional options and information for you. We thank you for your continued support as we navigate these uncharted territories, and sincerely hope to connect with you in Malaga this September.
