Jose Caldera

Jose Caldera is the Vice President for Global Human Resources. In this pivotal role, Jose oversees CLIA’s human resources (HR) functions across multiple regions, including North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, CLIA Europe, Brazil and Australasia. His leadership ensures that CLIA's HR strategies align with the organization's global objectives.

Jose’s responsibilities span a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and the cultivation of a positive organizational culture. He is also responsible for HR compliance and office operations.

With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, Jose brings a strong educational foundation to his role. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Jose’s career is marked by his dedication to creating dynamic and inclusive workplaces that foster employee growth and organizational success. His global perspective and strategic vision continue to drive CLIA’s HR efforts forward.
