Refund Policy


CLIA Travel Agency and Individual Agent Memberships are renewed annually, based on calendar year, once your application is submitted all fees are final and non-refundable.

CLIA Travel Agent Finder fees are final and non-refundable.


Valid for one calendar year. The EMBARC ID is non-transferable and non-refundable. If your EMBARC ID is lost or if you wish to make changes to it, a $29 processing fee applies to replace or revise your ID after it has been issued.

Certification Enrollment:

CLIA certification program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Online Courses:

CLIA online course registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants have six (6) months from the date of enrollment to complete the course. If the course expires and the participant has not completed the course, the participant must re-register and pay the associated fees.


Cancellation request must be written and received on or before the date specified in the payment confirmation email received following event registration. A $50.00 per person processing fee will be retained. Thereafter, no refunds will be granted.

Live and Virtual Training:

Live and Virtual Training refers to all seminars where instructors are present apart from Cruise360. Participants registered may cancel and receive an account credit, up to 21 days prior to the first day of the training. Cancellation request must be in writing and sent to [email protected]. Account credits can be used toward another Live or Virtual Training within the same calendar year. Credits not used within the calendar year are forfeited. Agents cancelling 20 days or less will not qualify for any type of credit. Registrations are not transferable.
