Cruise bookings usually require more lead-time than hotels or resorts.
In general, groups with over 500 persons (250 rooms) should be contracted 12-18 months in advance to secure the best ship option, accommodations and function space for your program.
Booking a Full-Ship Charter
To charter the perfect ship sailing in your chosen destination during your preferred dates, you’ll need even more lead time – often, 18 months or more. It’s best to lock in the charter before the cruise lines publish their itineraries. That way, you avoid the extra fees the cruise lines charge to move booked passengers to another sailing, and you have more freedom to customize the itinerary and schedule.
