Refund Policy

Membership:

CLIA Agency and Individual Agent Memberships are renewed annually, based on calendar year, are non-transferable and non-refundable.

ID Card:

Valid for one calendar year. The ID card is non-transferable and non-refundable. If the card is lost or if you wish to make changes to it, a $29 processing fee applies to replace or revise the card after it has been issued.

Promotional Materials:

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Certification:

CLIA Cruise Counsellor Certification fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Live Training Seminars:

Live Training Seminars refers to all seminars where instructors are present (Classroom, cruisExcellence, cruise1eighty, cruise3sixty, etc.). Agents registered may cancel without penalty up to 21 days prior to the seminar. Cancellation must be in writing and sent to info@cruising.org. Refunds processed will be in the form of a credit to be used toward future CLIA purchases. Agents cancelling 20 days or less will not qualify for any type of refund or credit. Registrations are not transferable.
